The Conflux <> Slack integration allows you to receive notifications directly within Slack. Currently Conflux supports sending notifications for the following events

  1. Feedback received
  2. Idea Created
  3. Reply received

Below you'll find an easy to follow guide on how to set this up for your own Conflux instance. If you need any help along the way, simply reach out and we'll do it together.

Step One - Activating the integration

Once you navigate to the Integrations page, you should be able to see a block with the Slack logo. If you click on the Slack block, a modal will show itself and it will have an activation switch in the top right corner. If you flick the activation switch Conflux knows you'd like to start using the Slack integration.

Step Two - Choosing your notifications

On the details tab of Slack integration modal you can choose which notifications you'd like to receive. Simply tick the boxes at each notification and you're done!

Step Three - Authorizing Conflux to send notifications to Slack

Last but not least, authorization. On the authorization tab simply click the Authorize button and follow the process over at Slack. Or simply click the button below:
